We have been working together for over 15 years! We first met at a commercial janitorial company where we were working in HR and Operations. Like other labor-intensive industries, we relied heavily on our workforce to keep our customers’ buildings and warehouses clean. No labor meant lost revenue.

One day, we were on the phone (again) discussing our labor woes when we came up with an idea. What if we could give other struggling customers just like us reliable labor, every single day?

And like that we formed Avalon with the best of our talents: a passion for people and a passion for customers. Today, labor intensive industries like warehouses and factories are still looking for reliable labor and now we get to be the solution!

At Avalon we do things a little differently. We believe in the small details, like employee benefits and customer onboarding. Like employee raffles and customer service calls. Like employee volunteering and dedicated site coordinators.

We offer all our employees paid time off and paid holidays – at no charge to our customers. Why? Because we want to connect honest and hard-working people with great customers. We want to build a reliable workforce.
