Our Story
Avalon Services Group began with a simple mission: to provide reliable labor to warehousing, logistic centers, and distribution centers across the country. With a deep passion for sourcing and recruiting and extensive knowledge of the industry we serve, we have grown from a small startup into a trusted partner for businesses.

With over 20 years of experience in human resources and business, she has a proven track record of creating value propositions for employees and customers. Before becoming the CEO of Avalon Services Group, she served a key HR role in a nationally recognized non-profit, where she contributed to developing a unique one-on-one performance management program.

VP of Operations
Manolo Leiva
Manolo oversees daily operations and implements operational efficiencies. With a project management and leadership background, he has successfully led facilities management and staffing teams. Before becoming the VP of Operations of Avalon Services Group, Manolo was a key partner in a facilities and staffing company, where he focused on streamlining operational processes and developing the customer experience.

As VP of Business Development, Arturo leads our marketing initiatives, focusing on brand strategy and customer engagement. With over 30 years in B2B sales, he deeply understands the warehouse industry and the customer’s unique needs. Before joining Avalon Services Group, Arturo was the VP of Business Development at a national facilities company, where he successfully created and managed enduring customer relationships. Arturo’s passion for serving his customers and storytelling helps Avalon.

Feliza has been one of the creative and driving forces behind Avalon Services Group. With over 20 years of experience in human resources and business, she has a proven track record of creating value propositions for employees and customers.
Before becoming the CEO of Avalon Services Group, she served a key HR role in a nationally recognized non-profit, where she contributed to developing a unique one-on-one performance management program. She has also held key positions at national facilities management companies, where she successfully created engaging workplace cultures for the often-overlooked blue-collar workforce.
Feliza enjoys walking, reading, and mentoring young female professionals in her spare time.

Before becoming the VP of Operations of Avalon Services Group, Manolo was a key partner in a facilities and staffing company, where he focused on streamlining operational processes and developing the customer experience.
In addition to his role at Avalon, Manolo is passionate about traveling and spending time with family and his two adorable Shih tzus, Max and Lola. He is also always on the hunt for great restaurants in Atlanta.
Arturo Ramos
VP of Business Development

When not at work, Arturo enjoys being outdoors, traveling, singing, and fine wine.
